Clinic Policies
Booking & Deposits Policy
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment and must be paid within 24 hours of booking to confirm your slot.
Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the booking fee.
This policy allows us to manage clinic time fairly and offer availability to other clients.
Missed Appointments (No-Show Policy)
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your booking fee. In some cases, full payment may be required before booking future appointments.
Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.
Age & Identification Policy
For legal and ethical reasons, treatments are only available to clients aged 18 and over.
Valid photographic ID must be presented at your appointment for consent documentation.
Appointments will not go ahead without valid ID. Parental consent cannot be accepted, and forgotten ID will result in the appointment being declined.
Treatment Suitability & Consultation Policy
All treatments are subject to a consultation and suitability assessment. We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe at the time of your appointment.
Client safety and treatment integrity are always our priority.
Refund Policy
All booking fees and treatment payments are non-refundable.
This includes situations where treatment is declined on medical or suitability grounds following consultation.
